Keep that camera dry. Cheap and easy!

Want a cheap way to keep that camera dry?

If you're heading out on the trail and it might rain or you find yourself out and it starts raining you can keep that camera dry if you have a zip lock bag and a bit of duct tape. Here's how.

1. Get a zip lock bag that your camera will fit into and a bit of duct tape.

2. Put the camera in the bag and cut small holes to allow the camera straps to fit through the bag.

3. Pull the straps throught the holes and attach them to the camera.

4. Wrap a bit of duct tape around the straps where they go through the holes in the bag to seal them up.

Now you have a waterproof camera bag that can be opened and closed. Granted it probably wont help if it falls out of a canoe but for a slight rain its worked well for me.

In a pinch? Get creative!
